What we collect

When you use GigLedger we store the account and business data you enter, including:

Your name and business name
Email, phone, and address
Invoices and related gig details
Client contacts you add (name, email, phone)

Payment providers (for example Stripe) and email/SMS services may process data you choose to send through them under their own policies.

Why we collect it

We use this data only to provide the GigLedger service — creating and managing invoices, payments, and backups of your account data on our servers.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. If you delete your account in Settings, we remove your profile and invoices from the service. Backup copies may take a short time to clear from routine system backups.

Deletion requests

You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also email marc.beltrante@gmail.com to request deletion.

Data processor, not custodian. GigLedger stores the data you enter so the app can run for you. We do not manage your account on your behalf, recover lost passwords beyond the in-app reset flow, or act as a custodian of your business records. You remain responsible for your account, credentials, and the accuracy of the information you store.
